Chacha Chaudhary promotes ‘Swachh Bharat’ campaign with ‘Chacha Chaudhary and Bye – Bye Kachra’

Chacha Chaudhary, one of the biggest influencer of all generations has again come up in support of ‘Swachh Bharat’ campaign! In continuation to Swachh Bharat comic series, Diamond Toons has launched the fourth edition of the comic book – Chacha Chaudhary and Bye – Bye Kachra, to create awareness on waste management and recycling of garbage.

The comic has been translated in 12 major Indian languages namely Hindi, English, Bangla, Gujarati, Marathi, Assamese, Malayalam, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

Speaking on the launch of the comic book, Diamond Toons chairman and director Manish Verma commented, “Chacha Chaudhary has been always appreciated for being part of subjects of national importance and we believe that promoting such social cause is worth cherishing for us as well. Be it the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in Delhi or MCD Bhopal or the Bollywood industry, the people are very well aware of his reach  and influence on the kids and adults.”

The first comic in the series introduced the Swachh Grahi family to the nation with the beloved character, Chacha Chaudhary appealing and guiding to work towards this important campaign.

The second one in the series was Chacha Chaudhary and Toilet, featuring Chacha Chaudhary and Akshay Kumar together. The comic aimed to change the mindset of people in rural areas on hygienic defecation and importance of building toilets at home.

The third comic was an initiative of MCD Bhopal which presented the movement ‘Roko-Toko’ where Chacha Chaudhary along with the character ‘Super Dustbin’ make citizens aware and responsible about their day-to-day activities which leads to dirt and uncleanliness in Bhopal.
